The City of Manor Planning and Zoning Commission will hold hearings on the following date: - May 11, 2016 at 6:30 PM - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a rezoning application for 146 acres out of portions of the Calvin Baker Sur. No. 38, James Manor Sur. No. 39 and 40, James H. Manning Sur. No. 37, located at the SE corner of FM 973 and Brenham St. Manor, TX, from Residential-1 (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed rezoning request and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a final plat for Presidential Glen phase 5, 29.810 acres located at Bois D’Arc and Paseo de Presidente Manor, TX. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed rezoning request and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a final plat for Presidential Glen phase 6, 12.181 acres located at Bois D’Arc and Paseo de Presidente Manor, TX. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed rezoning request and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a preliminary plat for Shadowglen phases 17, 18, 21A, 21B, 24A, and 24B, 123 acres more or less located at Shadowglen Blvd and Shadowglen Trace, Manor, TX. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed rezoning request and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a final plat for Shadowglen Phase 2 for 4.38 acres located on Shadowglen Trace in Manor, TX. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the potential impact on surrounding landowners.
