The City of Manor Planning and Zoning Commission will hold hearings on the following date: - April 13, 2016 at 6:30 PM - A public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston St, in regards to the submission of a rezoning application for 146 acres out of portions of the Calvin Baker Sur. No. 38, James Manor Sur. No. 39 and 40, James H. Manning Sur. No. 37, located at the SE corner of FM 973 and Brenham St. Manor, TX, from Residential-1 (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
