The City of Manor has recently received a contract from TDA-Office of Rural Affairs under the Planning and Capacity Building Fund of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified planning consultant to assist in several aspects of contractual compliance with TDA. Please submit your request for proposal package, a statement of qualifications and references to the City of Manor, Attn: Scott Dunlop at 105 E. Eggleston St., P.O. Box 387, Manor, TX 78653. Proposals must be received by the City no later than 2 pm on January 26, 2016 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms or consultants that submit proposals as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act.
