THE STATE OF TEXAS - COUNTY OF TRAVIS - By virtue of a certain SECOND ORDER OF SALE issued by the 419th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, in Travis County, Texas, on the 31st day of MAY, 2018 in a certain cause numbered D-1-GN-17-006585, wherein VILLAGE AT WESTERN OAKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. BAAB AND DOLORES I. GARCIA BAAB are the Defendants, in favor of said Plaintiff for the sum of TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN AND 45/100 DOLLARS (2,011.45) together with 5% interest, as well as all costs of suit, that being the amount of the judgment recovered by said Plaintiff, in teh 419th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, in Travis County, Texas, on the 31st day of MAY, 2018. - I, SR. DEPUTY DAVID SOTO #312 on the 12th day of MARCH, 2019 have levied upon, and will on the 7th day of MAY, 2019 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on said day, at the courthouse steps of said county, offer for sale at public auction for cash to the highest bidder, all the right, title and interest of Defendant in and to the following described property, levied upon as the property of Defendant, to wit: - DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: - LOT 2, BLOCK "35", OF AMENDED PLAT OF VILLAGE AT WESTERN OAKS SECTION 34, A SUBDIVISION IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT OF RECORD IN VOLUME 94, PAGES 148-150, PLAT RECORDS OF, TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCALLY KNOWN AS 8904 LANTANA WAY, AUSTIN, TEXAS 78749. - Note: On the property sold there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You have bought the property "as is". Buyers are further advised that the purchase of the property at the Constable's sale may not extinguish any liens or security interest on or in the property. You have simply purchased whatever interest the defendant had in the property.
