Information about this program and program requirements can be found elsewhere within the solicitation documentation. - Proposers responding to this solicitation must submit their responses to this CSP as defined in Part 1, Section A., Subsection 3.2, Paragraphs 3.2.1 - 3.2.3, to the Travis County Purchasing Agent, 700 Lavaca Street, Suite 800, Austin, Texas 78701 no later than 2:00 P.M., Central Time, on December 13, 2018. A Payment Bond is required in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, if the contract amount exceeds $25,000. A Performance Bond is required in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, if the contract amount exceeds $100,000. Proposers should use lump sum pricing. - Project performance period is 480 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. If the contractor fails to complete the Project in the working days specified, liquidated damages of $2,000.00 per day of delay will be assessed. - Historically Underutilized Businesses including Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers are encouraged to participate in this project consistent with the goals of the Travis County Commissioners Court. Contractors will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, all Federal, State, and local regulations for construction safety and health standards. - The successful proposer must commence work upon issuance by County of a written Notice to Proceed. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals received.
