BENIGNO, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on the 2nd day of February, 2018 an APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP & LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION of the said estate and requests that the said Court can determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the said BRUCE STEWART BENIGNO, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interest in such estate.
