Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless) is proposing to construct a 75-foot monopole telecommunications tower with a 10-foot lightning rod in the vicinity of 908 1/2 Old Koenig Lane, Austin, Travis County, TX 78756 (NAD 83) 30°, 19’ 43.57” N, 97°, 43’ 35.23” W. The tower, meter frame, and equipment cabinets, will be located in a fenced 30-foot by 22-foot lease area. The project includes a 20-foot wide access and utility easement connecting the project area to Old Koenig Lane.
