It is the policy of Riverside Nursing and Rehab Center to admit and treat all residents without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religious preference, handicap,marital status, age or source of payment. The same requirements for admission are applied to all and residents are assigned within the home without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religious preference, handicap, marital status, age or source of payment. There is no distinction in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing residents service provided by or through the nursing home. All of the facilities of the nursing home are available without distinction, to all residents, employees and visitors regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, religious preference, handicap, marital status, age of source of payment. In accordance with the age discrimination act, Riverside Nursing and Rehab Center will not directly or through contractual of other arrangement, discriminate on the basis of age in the provision of services, unless ages is a factor necessary for the normal objective.
