The City of Manor City Council will hold hearings on the following date: - March 8, 2017 at 7:00 PM - A first public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 East Eggleston St, in regards to the annexation of 10.001 acres of land out of the Greenbury Gates Survey Number 63, Abstract 315 and Calvin Barker Survey 38, Abstract 58, Travis County. Located at 12920 Old Hwy 20. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed annexation and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - - March 15, 2017 at 7:00 PM - A second public hearing will be held at Manor City Hall, 105 East Eggleston St, in regards to the annexation of 10.001 acres of land out of the Greenbury Gates Survey Number 63, Abstract 315 and Calvin Barker Survey 38, Abstract 58, Travis County. Located at 12920 Old Hwy 20. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed annexation and the potential impact on surrounding landowners. - A first reading of a rezoning application for 1.6 acres out of the Greenbury Gates Survey Number 63, Abstract 315 and Calvin Barker Survey 38, Abstract 58, Travis County, located at 12920 Old Hwy 20 from Interim Agricultural (A) to Light Commercial (C-1). The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed rezoning request and the potential impact on surrounding landowners.
