RFP 1605-008-JW, Solar Energy Project in Throckmorton County (on approximately 18,000 acres owned by Travis County). - An Optional Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for June 29, 2016, at 10AM, Purchasing Office Conference Room, 700 Lavaca Street, 8th Floor, Austin, TX 78701 - Opens: August 24, 2016 @ 2PM - NOTE: Proposals will be publicly reported to the Commissioners Court at 9AM on August 30, 2016. - Proposals should be submitted to: Cyd Grimes, Travis County Purchasing Agent, 700 Lavaca Street, Suite 800, P.O. Box 1748, Austin, Texas 78767. Proposal Documents can be obtained from or viewed at the Travis County Purchasing Office at no charge or by downloading a copy from our website: www.traviscountytx.gov/purchasing. Proposers should use unit pricing or lump sum pricing, if appropriate. Payments may be made by check. The successful proponent shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount awarded, if applicable.
